Embracing the Circular Economy

1. Smart Collection & Processing

Sourcing location and processing center

We employ an efficient logistics system, allowing us to collect Lithium-ion batteries from any location and safely transport them to our recycling facility (processing center) for sustainable processing.

Ethical & Reliable Sourcing

We responsibly acquire used Lithium-ion batteries from multiple channels, including electronics, EVs, and other battery-powered devices. While we currently focus on domestic sourcing, we are actively working on expanding our global reach.

Processing Various Battery Types

We handle the three major types of Lithium-ion batteries—Prismatic Cells, Cylindrical Cells, and Pouch Cells—to ensure optimal material recovery and repurposing.

2. Efficient Sorting & Preparation

Inspection and Filtration

When Lithium-ion cells arrive at our facility, they undergo a rigorous inspecting process using our advanced system. We evaluate battery quality, residual charge, and chemical composition to ensure proper recycling and resource extraction.

Systematic Batching

To maximize recovery efficiency, we classify and batch battery cells based on their chemistry and type, ensuring a streamlined recycling process.

Energy Recovery & Discharge

In line with our Net Zero Waste and Zero Emissions goals, any remaining energy in the batteries is safely discharged, further reducing environmental impact.

3. Advanced Mechanical Breakdown

Precision-Based Mechanical Processing

Our seven-stage mechanical process efficiently shreds and crushes used Lithium-ion batteries, allowing for seamless separation of Black Mass from other secondary materials, maximizing recovery.

High-Purity Black Mass Production

The core outcome of this process is high-grade Black Mass with impurity levels below 1%, ensuring consistent quality and superior efficiency across all production batches.

Secondary Material Recovery

Beyond Black Mass, our process effectively extracts Plastic, Aluminium, Steel, and Copper, ensuring they are neatly sorted, collected, and repurposed for industrial applications.
